These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services at databuffet.io, owned and operated by DataBuffet , a company based in U.S. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling in a course or using our services.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity to enter a contract).
- You have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Our Services
DataBuffet provides live, instructor-led online courses. Courses are conducted virtually, with recorded sessions available through a secure LMS (Learning Management System).
Access is granted to paying users only. Courses may be offered as:
- Group sessions
- 1-on-1 sessions
- Country: where DataBuffet or the owners/founders of DataBuffet are based, in this case is U.S.
- Fixed-duration cohorts (3–4 months)
3. Payment & Billing
- All course fees are displayed in USD and must be paid in full or via approved installment plans.
- You agree to provide accurate payment information at checkout. By submitting payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
- Klarna or other payment providers may offer split payments, subject to their terms.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or billing methods at any time. Changes will not affect already-purchased services.
- You are responsible for any third-party transaction fees or bank charges.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment, unless the service has already started.
By enrolling in a course that begins within this 14-day period and accessing any part of the course (live or recorded), you waive your right to withdraw.
To request a withdrawal before accessing the course, email us at hello@databuffet.io with your name, course name, and order number.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellation deadlines
- Refund eligibility
- Exceptions (e.g., no-shows, late cancellations)
- Technical issues and rescheduling
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, content, and branding are the exclusive property of DataBuffet or its content creators.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for personal learning only.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Share your course login or materials with others.
- Record or redistribute any part of the course.
- Disrupt live sessions or violate community rules.
- Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- You misuse the service or violate community guidelines
- You fail to complete payment (for installment plans)
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
9. Platform Access & Availability
- We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access, but make no guarantees about uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages may cause temporary disruptions.
- You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
10. Third-Party Services
Our platform may include links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Google Meet, LMS providers). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Use of those services is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DataBuffet is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profit
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- User-side technical issues (e.g., poor internet)
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of U.S. .
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of U.S. , unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and/or notified via email.
Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
